Zero surprise bills
When a workspace reaches its monthly delivered-byte quota, new downloads pause cleanly until your next cycle or an upgrade. We never bill automatic per-GB overages.
7-day dunning grace
A failed card renewal never immediately destroys active transfers. Your account enters a 7-day grace state while Stripe retries and notifies you.
Cancel any time
Subscriptions are managed via Stripe Billing and the Customer Portal. Entitlements are webhook-verified, and access continues to the end of the paid period.

No. Attach & Send is operated by Foundry Systems Ltd, which is not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. No VAT is added.
Downloads of your links pause until the quota renews on your billing anniversary, or immediately when you upgrade. Nothing is deleted and you're never charged overages.
Not yet. All plans are billed monthly so you can scale up or down as your workload changes.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately via Stripe proration. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Decimal (GB) uses 1000³ bytes; binary (GiB) uses 1024³. Our quotas are defined in bytes — use the toggle to view them in whichever convention you prefer.
