Terms of Service

Attach & Send is a point-in-time file transfer and collection service, not a permanent archival backup system. Users are responsible for maintaining master copies of their files. All links expire automatically according to plan retention limits.

Each plan specifies a maximum payload size per transfer and a monthly outbound delivered-byte allowance. When a workspace reaches its delivered-byte quota, downloads pause cleanly until the next billing anniversary or plan upgrade; no automatic overage charges are billed.

Subscriptions renew monthly in GBP via Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. If a renewal payment fails, your workspace enters a 7-day grace period before reverting to free allowances; stored files are never silently deleted on a billing event.
